Florida-Compliant Restrictions, Terms & Service Conditions

All Star Duct Cleaning LLC

All services provided by All Star Duct Cleaning LLC (“All Star”) are subject to a written service agreement signed by the customer or an authorized representative at the time of service. Prior to beginning work, customers will receive a clear description of services and pricing. No services will be performed without customer approval.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

All Star is committed to customer satisfaction. If a concern arises regarding work performed, the customer must allow All Star to return to the property for an on-site inspection.

  • If access for inspection is not permitted, the satisfaction guarantee does not apply.
  • If the inspection confirms services were performed incorrectly or below company standards, All Star may provide corrective service or a refund for the affected portion, in accordance with the written service agreement and applicable Florida law.

Limitations:
This guarantee applies only to services performed by All Star technicians. It does not cover pre-existing conditions, structural issues, system design limitations, equipment failures, or unrelated conditions.

2. Service Packages & Offers

Service names such as Air Duct Cleaning, Deep Duct Cleaning, Premium Duct Cleaning, or similar titles are official All Star service designations.

  • Service packages may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
  • Current package details are explained at booking.
  • Written or electronic confirmation may be provided upon request.
  • Technicians may recommend additional services based on inspection, but no additional services will be performed without customer approval.

3. Promotions, Discounts & Advertised Specials

Promotions, coupons, and specials may include restrictions and expiration dates.

  • Promotions are valid only as described and during the stated period.
  • Any promotion booked during its valid period will be honored.
  • Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Additional Services

Additional services are not included in the original booking.

  • Recommendations may be made on-site based on system condition or accessibility.
  • No additional service—free or paid—will be performed without written or electronic approval from the customer or authorized representative.

5. Payment Terms & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, trip, or declined payment fees will be disclosed prior to service and included in the service agreement or confirmation.

6. Estimates vs. Final Pricing

All prices provided by phone, online, or advertisement are estimates only.

Final pricing may vary based on:

  • System size and layout
  • Accessibility
  • Level of contamination or buildup
  • Approved additional services

All final pricing will be reviewed and approved before work begins.

7. Scheduling & Arrival Times

Appointments are subject to technician availability.

  • Preferred time windows are not guaranteed.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Property Access & Safety

Customers must provide safe and clear access to service areas.

All Star may postpone or refuse service if unsafe or hazardous conditions exist, including aggressive pets, structural hazards, or unsafe work environments.

9. Communication & Notifications

Service confirmations, reminders, and updates may be sent by phone, text, or email.

All Star is not responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect or outdated customer contact information.

10. Service Results Disclaimer

Results vary depending on system condition, accessibility, and prior maintenance.

  • Complete removal of all dust, debris, mold, or odors is not guaranteed.
  • Services may improve airflow and air quality but do not guarantee health or medical outcomes.

11. Customer Property & Belongings

Customers are responsible for securing valuables, furniture, and personal belongings.

All Star is not responsible for damage to unsecured items.

12. Pre-Existing Conditions & System Condition

All Star is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing damage, poor system condition, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

13. Third-Party Work Disclaimer

All Star is not responsible for damage or performance issues caused by prior service providers, manufacturers, builders, or other third parties.

14. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Service may be refused or discontinued if unsafe conditions exist or if technicians are subjected to harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior.

15. Weather & Uncontrollable Events

Service may be delayed, modified, or rescheduled due to weather, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control.

16. Force Majeure

All Star is not liable for delays or failures caused by natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply shortages, or government actions.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, All Star is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the scope of services performed.
This does not limit consumer rights under Florida law.

18. Photos & Documentation

Technicians may take before-and-after photos for quality control, training, or documentation purposes with customer consent only.

19. Service Area & Travel Charges

Additional travel or trip charges may apply outside the standard service area. Services are provided only where All Star operates.

20. Technicians & Training

All technicians are trained according to company standards and industry best practices.

21. Insurance Coverage

All Star Duct Cleaning LLC maintains:

  • Florida Workers’ Compensation coverage (as required by law)
  • General Liability Insurance for on-site services
